      What is AI Product Recommendation?

      The AI Product Recommendation tool aims to help users find Connected+ Supplier products that are specifically tailored to their clients' previous purchasing behavior and individual tastes.

      This feature enables users to easily discover Connected+ Supplier products that are suggested by our AI tool, which analyzes your client's past orders and preferences.

      Features in the AI product Recommendation

      View More to Filter Products

      The View more feature provides the option to filter products by Supplier, Currency, Dollar Amount, and Category, enhancing your ability to find the most relevant options for your clients.

      To use View more: 

      1. Open your sales form (Presentation, Estimate, or Sales Order)

      2. Click Add a product.

      3. Select View more to access additional product options and filter by Supplier, Currency, Dollar Amount, or Category.

      4. Hover over a product for more details

      5. Click Add+ to include product in your selection.

      6. Select Done

      The product modal allows users to see variants and colors available in the product recommended. 


      To use the Product Modal: 

      1. Open your sales form (Presentation, Estimate, or Sales Order).

      2. Click Add a product.

      3. Select your desired product from the list.

      4. The Product Modal will display additional details.

      5. Click View product page for more information (optional)

      6. Click Add to Project to include the product in your order.

      7. Select Done

      How to utilize the AI Product Recommendation Tool?

      To use the AI product recommendation tool in a Presentation: 

      1. Open your Presentation 

      2. Click Add a product

      3. Select the recommended Connected+ product(s), 

      4.  Once Added, Click Done

      To use the AI product recommendation tool in an Estimate: 

      1. Open your Estimate

      2. Click Add a product

      3. Select the recommended Connected+ product(s), 

      4.  Once Added, Click Done

      1. Open your Sales Order

      2. Click Add a product

      3. Select the recommended Connected+ product(s), 

      4.  Once Added, Click Done

      Which forms can you use the AI product recommendation tool be used on?

      The Connected+ AI product recommendation tool can be used on Presentations, Estimates and Sales orders. 

      Can the AI product recommendation tool be used for non Connected+ products?            

      No, only Connected+ products will be sourced via the AI Product recommendation tool. 

      How does the AI recommendation system identify suitable products?

      The AI recommendation tool analyzes data derived from the client's previous orders and preferences to identify products that best match their needs. It utilizes specific parameters provided by the user during project creation, including:

      •  Client name
      •  Event type
      • Project name
      • Previously ordered items
