Social Sharing for Shops
To share your Shop on social platforms:
- In the shop, click Actions > Preview Shop
- Copy the shop's live URL
- Use the URL to share on social media platforms.
- Your company's logo (avatar) will be automatically pulled as the URL preview image

What’s changing with social sharing previews?
Previously, when a Shop was shared on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, or X (formerly Twitter), the preview image defaulted to the commonsku logo. With this new update, your company logo (avatar) will now be shown instead—helping your brand take center stage when Shops are shared online.
How is the logo selected?
The image shown in the social media preview is automatically pulled from your company profile in commonsku. Specifically, it uses the avatar set for your distributor/tenant profile.
If you’ve already uploaded a logo, you’re all set! If not, updating it is easy:
To update your avatar/logo:

Click your current avatar in the top-left corner of the screen

Select Edit avatar

Upload your logo and crop it to a square (200 x 200 pixels works best)

Click Done
What if I haven’t uploaded a logo?
If no logo/avatar is set in your profile, the Shop preview will default back to the commonsku logo. To keep your branding front and center, we recommend uploading your logo as soon as possible.
