Sale reps can showcase a product's decoration options effortlessly, with access to variable pricing per artwork type and add-on fees like proof charges.
Production can submit updates directly through the project or their Production Report.
Finance reps can process invoices confidently, knowing that the product costs are automatically pulled from the supplier's database, including any special discounts, artwork-specific charges, and optional service fees.
What is a blank ePO?
Blank ePOs allow your team to source blank apparel without predefined decoration, giving you full flexibility to add your own artwork and charges later in the process.
Unlike decorated ePOs, blank ePOs don’t lock you into preset decoration methods—perfect for orders that will be customized via third-party decorators or through your own process.
How do Vantage Apparel ePOs work?
ePOs are submitted directly to Vantage’s system, not by email. This means:
- Real-time pricing and live product data are automatically pulled in.
- You can add your own decoration charges, shipping preferences, and any optional services as needed.
- Shipping information and tracking updates are integrated and accessible in your project or Production Report.

Can I create blank ePOs for other apparel suppliers on commonsku?
Yes! Blank ePOs are also available from alphabroder, Cutter & Buck, S&S Activewear & SanMar.
Can I create an ePO if the decoration is being done by Vantage Apparel?
At this time, Vantage Apparel ePOs are only supported for blank products. If decoration is being done by Vantage, an ePO cannot be created.
Can I create ePOs for my custom products?
No. ePOs do not apply to custom products, products from Collections, or items from past orders where PromoStandards was not enabled.
Why is my product not pulling in PromoStandards information?
PromoStandards pulls data based on the product’s SKU. If the SKU in SAGE, ESP, or Distributor Central doesn’t match the SKU in PromoStandards, commonsku will default to using the third-party data source.
