Need to reverse a commission payment? No need to contact support. Now, you can easily update your commissions directly on your Commission Report!

How to "unpay" a commission

To "unpay" a commission: 

  1. Click the box beside the rep's name and select the commission you'd like to "un-pay"
  2. Click the Un-Pay Selected Commissions button

Commissions are not available to teams subscribed to commonsku's Essentials plan. The Advanced plan or higher is required in order to use this tool.
