      FAQ

Why do I only see a limited amount of product results?

If you see some products in brackets (e.g., ESP (289)) populating at the top of the search page but only see a limited number of products,  this just means that you will need to reconnect your ESP account. ESP requires our users to resubmit their credentials from time to time.

      To fix it:

      • Click in the top right-hand corner (your profile photo) on commonsku

      • Click on Settings > My Settings

      • Once you're there, please click on ESP and retype your ASI #, ESP WEB username and password

When you hit save, you should get a message that says "Saved Successfully" in the top right-hand corner.

If you get a message saying "ESP credentials cannot be authenticated" the password you entered is incorrect. Head here to reset your ESP password.

You can also test your ESP credentials by using them to log onto the ESP Web. Manually enter all of your login information, do not use the autofill form data. ESP's home page will identify whether or not the credentials are correct and will allow you to reset your password if needed.

commonsku Tip: Once you have successfully connected, commonsku support will receive a notification. Please inform us after you have updated and resubmitted your credentials for confirmation.

Why do I see an error message when I try to enter my credentials?

Error messages indicate that the saved credentials do not match ESP's records or that you're attempting to use the same login information as another commonsku user. Teams cannot share ESP Web logins on their commonsku profiles; each user must have their own login.

      Admin-Settings (24)-png

Where do the supplier's rating come from?

The supplier ratings are pulled directly from ESP Web and based on the average rating from all ESP users.
