What does this update do for me?

The current integration allows you to push data from commonsku to HubSpot for marketing purposes. With the new update, you can now also push contacts created in HubSpot to commonsku once they're ready to start their project.

It's super easy to set up:

1. Connect your HubSpot integration (if it's not already connected).
2. Create a property in HubSpot to choose which contacts you're ready to import to commonsku.
3. You can now choose a default Client Rep in the Admin setting to assign all these clients.
4. We'll automatically import them once a day! You can also initiate an import at any time using the 'Import Now' button on the Clients page of the platform. Contacts will be automatically added to your client list, and you'll find them there.
5. For contacts that need your review (to prevent duplicates), we've added a separate 'HubSpot Sync' tab on your Clients page.

Our goal with this update is to reduce manual work for your team and allow you to seamlessly pull new contacts from HubSpot into commonsku, where you can start working with them right away.

How do I connect my HubSpot account?

Here's how to start:

1. In commonsku, go to your Profile icon (top right corner of commonsku) > Settings > Company Settings > Integrations > Marketing
2. Click the HubSpot tab.
3. Click Connect to HubSpot and follow the prompts.

Here's how to sync: 

1. Navigate to the HubSpot tab in the Marketing integrations section.
2. Click Configure and set your synchronization preferences.

The initial sync may take a few minutes. Subsequent updates happen in near real-time.

You will need to flag contacts as “No Marketing” within commonsku.
