Tired of using checkout questions to collect drop ship addresses in your Pop-up Shops? You can now collect individual shopper addresses at checkout!
How do I enable address validation in my Pop-up Shop?
From the Settings tab within your Pop-up Shop, you can click to Collect shipping address at checkout, and select the countries you will need to capture addresses for.
How does this look to my shoppers?
At checkout, your shoppers will be prompted to enter the first line of their address. As they type, a dropdown will appear that provides them with a list of valid addresses to choose from.
Once they select a street address, the address verification tool will automatically fill in the shopper's City, Country, State/Province, and Zip/Postal Code. They they can enter their remaining details such as billing and shipping information, and responses to any required checkout questions, and place their order!
Where can I find the address details I've collected from my shoppers?
The address selected by the shopper will pass to the checkout report. The checkout report can be exported from the shop before checkouts are aggregated to a proejct, or from the sales order once the project has been created.
