This new feature that allows you to pass Credit Card Fees to your clients while ensuring a smooth and transparent checkout experience.
What's New
This new feature can help you cut costs by having greater control over your fees.
Why it Matters
You have more control over how your CCFs are charged and processed. Your client has greater visibility
As a distributor, you can:
- Adjust the fee percentage in the Admin settings
- Edit the project's default settings (who pays the CCF and the fee percentage)
- Have the CCF amount listed separately in the total on the invoice
For clients, you can:
- Have their chosen payment method (Credit Card or ACH) be the source of truth without being prompted again by the payment system
- Let them see the actual total in the invoice, including the order and CCF
