SanMar’s enhanced ePOs simplify sourcing top-quality products for distributors by providing real-time product data, warehouse selection and integrated PSST shipping, managing orders is now seamless and efficient!

What does this mean for you?

This will allow you and your team to access data directly from the SanMar's Promotional Products system, submit POs instantaneously and give you immediate access to Order Status/Ship Notifications.

Managers can rest assured their reps have access to all available product and artwork charges, with automated pricing based on their specifications.

Sale reps can showcase a product's decoration options effortlessly, with access to variable pricing per artwork type and add-on fees like proof charges.

Production reps can regenerate ePOs and submit updates via email directly through the project or their Production Report.

Finance reps can process invoices confidently, knowing that the product costs are automatically pulled from the supplier's database, including any special discounts, artwork-specific charges, and optional service fees.

What is a blank ePO?

Blank ePOs allow your team to source blank apparel products confidently by pulling live product data directly from the supplier's database without restricting the distributor's decoration options. 

Unlike decorated ePOs, blank ePOs do not include predefined artwork details, giving you the freedom and flexibility to apply the artwork details and charges you need to each of your products.

SanMar's blank ePOs give production reps an added layer of visibility and control by incorporating warehouse selection into their shipping specifications. 

SanMar's PSST Program 

With ePOs you can also utilize SanMar's Pack Separately Ship Together (PSST) Program.  With PSST it is all about Shared Accounts, Contract Decorators and SanMar working together to:

As long as your decorators are included in SanMar's  list, you can choose the PSST program as your shipping method when you are sending out your ePos!

Can I create blank ePOs for other apparel suppliers on commonsku?

SanMar offers blank ePOs together with alphabroder, Cutter & Buck, and Stormtech. Decorated ePos are available by HIT promotional products, Gemline, Starline and PCNA. 

 

Can I create ePOs for my custom products?

ePOs do not apply to custom products, products from Collections, and products from past orders where PromoStandards was not active.

 

Why is my product not pulling in promostandards information?

PromoStandards pulls product data based on the item’s SKU. If an item’s SKU in SAGE, ESP, or Distributor Central differs from its SKU in PromoStandards, the item will revert to using

the SAGE/ESP/Distributor Central data.

What should I do if my decorator's address does not match the address on SanMar's list?

 

If commonsku indicates that the decorator's address does not match SanMar's list of approved addresses, you still have the option to send out your ePO; however, please be aware that this may result in a longer processing time for the purchase order. To expedite the processing, you may choose an address from SanMar's pre-approved list.
