How can I include additional contacts in order to share shipping updates with my client?
Just like you would visit the shipping tab in your production report to keep everyone updated on shipping changes, you now have the option to CC additional contacts.
If there is a tracking ID listed in the tracking ID field on the Shipping tab, it will automatically populate in the Tracking numbers field in the pop-up window.
Who can I include to cc to notify shipping changes?
You can include contacts that are already listed on the client page, or simply enter the email address of anyone outside of the client page.
Where will the shipping notification email be logged?
The emails sent will be logged within the project overview.

Yes. Simply type in their email address and add them in the list before submitting.
