Sept 2025 - Shops Personalization (Upcharges, Character Limits)
We've come out with a new feature that will help clarify personalization pricing and validation, removing any friction between you and your client.
What's New
When you navigate to a product in your Shops, you can now add upcharges to personalization and set character limits for customization requests like names, numbers, and more.
Why it Matters
Setting clear boundaries from the start with character limits and custom upcharges in Shops help remove any possible friction between you and your client. Define exactly how much text customers can add, and automatically charge more for designs that require additional work, all before production begins.
Getting Started
- Navigate to your Shop
- Select Products, then Edit
- Navigate to Custom Product Questions
