We recommend using the email domain for that, typically by matching the email address of the client contact to the HubSpot company domain.

Can Zapier auto-send the email from commonsku to a client?
Not at this moment, but you can definitely make that request in the commonsku University Ideas section, and we will look into adding it to the integration.
