The Client Page Overview is your dashboard that captures all activity related to each client account, including automatic updates from projects, emails, and logged activity.
On this page:
Client details
Sales Target bar
You can easily monitor your progress towards your Sales Target by utilizing the Sales Target bar in your client page overview.
To update your Sales Target value:
1. Click the Action button
2. Select Edit Details
3. Update the Sales Target Value
4. Click Save
Profile Notes
To log any important notes about your client:
1. Click into the pencil icon to edit
2. Enter in your client notes
2. Select save
Client Details
Client's details capture essential information related to the client account.
Activity newsfeed
The Activity Newsfeed automatically updates whenever a note, call, or meeting is logged on the client's page's activity tab.
Contacts
The Contacts tab in the client page overview provides a streamlined interface for searching and accessing all your contacts in one organized view.
Projects tab
The Projects Tab in the client page overview offers an organized and efficient way to search for and access all your projects, ensuring you can easily manage and track your work.
Email forwarding
Forward emails directly to a client's page's activity tab by sending them to [yourcompanydomain]@commonskumail.com.
A few things to note:
- You must forward or bcc an email coming from a contact in commonsku
- The contact can only be listed on one client page
- You must forward or bcc an email from your commonsku login or contact email, not a personal account
- You can find your company domain at the beginning of each project's forwarding address; some domains have dashes between the words
